I am so impressed and pleased with Premier Air. My air condition in my home stopped cooling and started producing warm air. I had initially schedule another company (used previously) to come out and look at it, I left work early to meet them, they never showed up, I called and they told me that they do not have anyone to come out. I was in tears, simply because I was miserable the night before sleeping in the heat and that was the warmest night of the year so far. I lost pay due to me leaving early, so yes, I cried.
I called my girlfriend and told her the situation, she found Premier Air on Google and arranged for them to come out and look at our unit, I did not think we would get someone out there at such short and late notice. But Chris came out immediately and he repaired the unit, he worked diligently and humbly, to get the air working again, he is very professional and experienced. But what really got me was how reasonable his fees are, I am impressed and going forth he will be taking care of all my future needs. THANK YOU CHRIS.
My Air conditioning was not working so I looked under the Better business Bureau web site to find a company to come look at it. I ended up choosing Premier Air. WOW!!! I am so pleased that they are the ones I chose. The owner Chris came right out. He had me up and cooling in less than a hour. They are a small family run business and their prices were not high like the big companies, but I received professional service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. He was courteous and most of all there when he said he would be. If you have any problems concerning your heat or air call Chris at Premier Air. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!
I couldn’t be more pleased with Premier Air, LLC. In 2012, my office A/C went out and I called several places for price quotes. Premier Air had the lowest quote, and I was impressed with their professionalism, so I had them replace the unit. We had a few problems caused by pre-existing old circuit breakers and my old furnace (not Premier Air’s fault), and Premier Air worked through them patiently and professionally. I will absolutely go to Premier Air for any future heating and cooling needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone else.
I had an A/C company come to my house and they said there was nothing they could do. The compressor was no good, that I needed another one. The price would be another $1600. I called Premier Air for a second opinion. They had me up and running for less than $200. Needless to say, I was so pleased that they were honest and able to get me cooling for a reasonable price.
